Our spacious RV sites are designed to let you enjoy the comfort of your own home while still giving you easy access to our many amenities. Full hookups with water, sewer 110V, 30A & 50A service provided for all of our sites.

The Woods at Plaza Drive is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Check-in: 1:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 noon

If your RV is 10 yrs old or older, please call our office for approval before making reservation.  816-793-3855

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.

Discounts: We do offer a 10% discount on nightly rates for Senior Citizens and Military. Please let us know when you make the reservation if you qualify for any of these by noting it in the Special Needs/Preferences box and we will adjust your balance.

Campsite: Your lot is to remain clear at all times. No popup canopies allowed. We are not responsible for any damage done to items in any yard while mowing.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH at all times!  Watch for children, pets and wildlife.

Trash: Put all trash in dumpster.  Do not throw food scraps or trash on the ground. 

Pets: All pets must be on a leash and/or under control at all times. They are not to be tied out unattended. Excessive barking that disturbs the other guests is not allowed.  Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park.  NEVER leave your pet unattended outside your camper. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS IMMEDIATELY.

Clotheslines: Not permitted

Due to noise, generators are only to be used during emergencies.

Campsite Parking: Only 1 vehicles and/or RV will be permitted on campsite. Do not park on the grass.  Do not park in any empty campsite.  Make sure your vehicle is out of the road.

Visitors: We reserve the right to refuse any visitors. All visitors are to park vehicle in an area where they will not block traffic or other RV sites. Anyone having overnight or an excessive amount of visitors may be subject to additional charges.

Fireworks: Not permitted on campground property.

No Trimming of Trees.

Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times.  Do not allow children to play near the creek without supervision.

No shooting of firearms of any kind (including pellet or B-B guns).

This Is Private Property: Violation of park rules or general antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in your being asked to leave the park. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register undesirable guests.

Owners/Managers are not liable for any loss due to fire, theft, misuse, accident, or act of God.  Please be aware of weather at all times.  This area may flood during extremely heavy rains and Flash Floods.  

Eviction: Owner or management reserves the right to evict anyone from premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating above rules. IF EVICTED - NO REFUND!!!
